Licence Agreement

Structural Framing is licensed, not sold. Installing or using the add-in means you accept the End User Licence Agreement below. The add-in also asks you to accept it the first time it runs.

The binding text is hosted by Freemius, our licensing provider, and applies to every licence — free tier and paid.

In plain terms

This summary is for orientation only. The linked agreement is the one that applies, and where the two differ, it governs.

You get a licence to use the software, not ownership of it.
A paid licence is per seat. One activation covers all the modules you have bought on that one machine.
The free tier is permanent and needs no licence key. It is limited by size and quantity, not by time — it is not a trial and does not expire.
You may not redistribute, resell, or attempt to circumvent the licensing.
The software is provided without warranty. Check your own designs.

How your data is handled is covered separately in the privacy policy. Purchases are processed by Freemius as merchant of record, and their checkout terms apply to the transaction itself.
